钛酸酯偶联剂改性纳米碳酸钙剂量的确定

摘    要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂将纳米碳酸钙进行湿法改性后,通过活化度和吸油值确定钛酸酯改性剂用量在2.5%时为最佳用量。然后通过在液体石蜡中的沉降体积验证了此改性剂用量可以作为最佳剂量,最后给出了偶联剂的改性机理。

Abstract:After the surface of nano-CaCO3 was modified with titanate coupling agent by wet-modification,titanate coupling agent dosage of 2.5% is the best through activation grade and oil-absorbed value.Then the modifier amount can be regarded as the best dosage that is confirmed by settling volume in liquid paraffin and the modified mechanism is given in the end of the paper.
