| 摘 要： | 本文总结了渤海绥中36—I J区快速钻井中固井作业的主要技术特点。该丛式井钻井项目的平均井深 1876 m,平均建井周期 3.17 d,15口井总进尺 28 140m。在固井作业中,首次使用了无钻机时间固表层作业、长裸眼单级双封固井和防腐液一次替入等三项创新技术,油层套固井采取了十项关键技术,保证了作业质量,提高了作业效率,油层固井质量一次合格率达到100％,质量全优。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the main technical characteristics of cementing operation in quick drilling project for SZ 36 - 1J Area in Bohai Sea. This is cluster drilling project with average drilling depth of 1876m, average well construction period of 3. 71 days and total footage of 28140 m. In the cementing operation, it is first time to adopt three new techniques; surface casing cementing operation without drilling rig, simplex and double (packers) seal cementing for long barehole interval and one~ step displacing of corrosion inhibitor. Ten items of key techniques are utilized during cementing the oil layers, so that the cementing quality is guaranteed, the operation efficiency is improved and the qualification rate of oil layer cementing is up to 100%. |
