| 摘 要： | 目的:设计一种具有调节减重功能的平衡能力测试和训练系统软件,改善患者的平衡控制能力。方法:自动调节训练床倾斜角度实现不同程度的减重,采用使用压力传感器组和数据采集卡实时检测双脚受力大小,实现人体平衡能力的测试评估,结合虚拟技术,采用玩游戏的方式进行平衡功能训练。结果:系统减重大小可精确控制,测试评估结果客观快捷,平衡训练过程具有声音、视觉反馈,界面生动有趣,实现了人体重心轨迹实时显示功能,能快速输出检测评估指标和每次训练成绩。结论:评估软件能快速准确评价患者的平衡控制能力,虚拟游戏训练能激发患者的训练热情。
