摘    要:通过电厂湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)模拟系统,研究了脱硫系统耗水量的影响因素,提出了根据循环浆液量增加比例(I)来评估脱硫系统的耗水特性:I<0,脱硫系统耗水量大,需要补水;I>0,脱硫系统水量过多,需要排水以维持浆液池正常液位;I=0,脱硫过程不耗水。研究表明,烟气水蒸气含量越大,脱硫系统入口烟气温度越低,耗水量越少;安装烟气预热器(GGH)或加装低温余热利用系统可使耗水量减少30%~40%;降低循环浆液温度可减少耗水量。

Abstract:Adopting simulated wet flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system in power plants,the affecting factors upon water consumption in FGD system have been studied.An evaluation method of water consumption in wet FGD system has been put forward on the basis of increasing ratio(I) for the circulating slurry:I<0 means large water consumption in FGD system,needing water to be supplied;I>0 means the water in FGD system has to be discharged,so as to maintain the normal water level in slurry pond;I=0 means that the FGD system has no water consumption,study shows that the larger water vapor concentration in flue gas and lower inlet flue gas temperature of FGD system,the smaller water consumption in FGD system.Installing GGH or low-temperature residual heat utilization system,the water consuption can be reduced by 30%~40%,decreasing the temperature of circulating slurry,the water consumption can be reduced along.
