关于强化高校辅导员“精神导师”角色的思考

辅导员是学校与学生之间的纽带,不仅承担着学生的日常管理、思想教育、就业指导等与学生成才等息息相关的大量管理服务工作,更是学生健全人格的塑造者,健康心理的培育者,实际困难的帮扶者,可以称之为学生的"精神导师"。新形势下强化辅导员"精神导师"角色十分紧迫,通过与学生多沟通,理解学生、关心学生,做学生生活的贴心人,培养学生的自信心,注重学生干部队伍的建设和培养,发挥他们的潜能,使之成为对社会有用的人。

On Strengthening CollegeMentor's Role of being"Spiritual Teacher"

Being the link between colleges and their students,college mentors not only undertake the responsibility of student＇s management and service,such as ideological education,daily management,and employment guidance,but also work as shapers of student＇s sound personality,cultivators of healthy psychology and helpers of actual difficulties,which is all closely related to students＇ success.Therefore,college mentors can be interpreted as students＇ ＂spiritual teacher＂.Nowadays,it is urgent to strengthen mentors＇ function as students＇ ＂spiritual teacher＂.In order to cultivate adequate talents for society,it is necessary for them to increase mutual understanding,communicate effectively,take good care of students,develop students＇ self-confidence and be their closed friends.What＇s more,mentors shall focus on student cadres＇ training and cultivating and realizing their full potential.
