超声波辅助柴油氧化脱硫的研究

摘    要:分别以H_2O_2和H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH为氧化剂,采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为萃取剂,在超声波辅助作用下,对柴油进行了脱硫试验,考察了氧化反应时间、温度、剂油体积比、超声频率、超声反应时间对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,以H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH为氧化剂,剂油比8%,超声反应时间10 min,超声频率30 kHz,其脱硫率为89.2%,而未加超声波的脱硫率仅75.8%,说明超声波能提高氧化脱硫效果。

Abstract:Using H_2O_2 and H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH as oxidant and N,N - dimethyl formamide as extractant,the desulfurization of diesel is carried out under the ultrasonic wave.The effects of reaction time,temperature,volume ratio of oxidant to oil,ultrasonic frequency and reaction time under ultrasonic wave on desulfurization rate are investigated.The results show that when volume ratio of oxidant to diesel oil is 8%and H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH is used as oxidants,desulfurization rate can reach 89.2%,under normal temperature for 10 minutes with the ultrasonic frequency of 30 kHz.However,the desulfurization rate without ultrasonic wave can only reach 75.8%,which indicates that the ultrasonic wave can increase the effect of the oxidation desulfurization.
