| 摘 要： | 生物组织光学是关于光辐射与生物组织相互作用学问，是生物医学光子学技术的理论基础。本文从生物组织的光传输模型、特性参数测量方法，成像技术和光谱研究四个方面阐述了生物组织光学的状况及未来发展方向。
