| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立桂红胶囊的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的桂枝、罗勒、绞股蓝进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对红景天苷进行含量测定。结果:定性鉴别方法重复性好,专属性强;红景天苷在15.12~151.2μg范围内呈较好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为101.44%,RSD为1.67%。结论:所建立的质量标准简便可行,重复性好,可用于桂红胶囊的质量监控。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard of Guihong capsules. Methods:The method of thin layer chromatography was used to identify Cassia twig,basil,gynostemma in this formula. The method of high performance liquid chromatograph was used to determine Rhodiola glucoside in this formula. Results :The qualitative identification method has good reproducibility and strong specificity. Rhodiola glucoside in15.12 ~151.2 μg range showed a good linear relationship. r was 0.9998,the average recovery rate was101.44% and RSD was 1.67%. Conclusion:The established quality standard is simple,feasible,reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Guihong capsule. |
