杵针治疗无先兆偏头痛临床研究

目的 :研究杵针治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 :100例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组接受杵针治疗,对照组接受普通针刺治疗,两组均为每日1次,每周5次,疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组VAS评分、脑动脉血流速度,并评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组80.0%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分和脑动脉血流速度均有明显改善,两组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:杵针治疗无先兆偏头痛疗效肯定,可提高患者生活质量。

To Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Chu Needle Therapy on Migraine without Aura

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Chu needle therapy on migraine without aura. Methods:There were 100 patients of migraine randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received the Chu needle therapy,and the control group received normal acupuncture treatment,1 time a day,5 times a week. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. In the two groups before and after treatment,visual analog scale(VAS) score,cerebral artery blood flow velocity were observed to evaluate clinical efficacy. Results:The total efficacy was 88% in the treatment group,and80% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). The VAS score and cerebral arterial blood flow velocity were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chu needle therapy is effective for migraine without aura,and it can improve life quality of life.
