基于DEA的第三方物流动态绩效评价研究

目的 建立基于DEA的动态模型，实现对第三方物流企业的绩效跟踪动态评价．方法 分析DEA方法评价物流企业绩效的可行性．运用非参数系统评价方法——数据包络分析有效地处理多输入、多输出指标的决策单元评价．结果 将静态DEA模型中的“评价单元”转换为动态DEA模型中的“评价时间”，实现了对决策单元的动态评价．从而解决了现实中具有时序特征的动态绩效评价问题．结论 动态DEA方法为第三方物流企业的绩效评价提供了一条新的思路．运用该方法对企业的经营业绩进行分析，能及时发现问题并为企业制定经营决策等提供依据。

A Research on Dynamic Performance Assessment Model Based on DEA for the Third Party Logistics

This paper is mainly about how to dynamically assess the performance of the third logistics.Firstly it analyzes the feasibility of the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method.DEA is a non-parametric technique that measures the efficiency of Decisions Making Units(DMU) with multiple inputs and outputs.However,the general DEA is a static model,which is used to compare the performance between different organizations.By considering the DMU in the static DEA model as the Decision Making Epoch(DME) in the dynamic DEA model,the proposed model can deal with dynamic performance assessment of DMUs with time-serial data and provide a new way for the third logistics to assess their performance.This method is of significant importance for organizations in finding bottleneck problems and making improvement decisions.
