摘    要:探讨了海藻酸钠对消失模铸造涂料悬浮性、抗弯强度、剪切稀释性、滴淌时间的影响关系,并与羧甲基纤维素钠进行了对比分析.结果表明,与羧甲基纤维素钠相比,海藻酸钠具有更佳的增稠效率、更高的强度、更好的涂挂性能和操作效率,并且涂料具有剪切稀释特性和触变性.

Abstract:With a comparative analysis of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the effects of sodium alginate on suspension, flexural strength, shear thinning and dripping time of EPC coating were explored. The results show that compared with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate has better thickening efficiency, higher flexural strength, better coating performance and operating efficiency, and the coating has a shear thinning behavior and thixotropic properties.
