缺氧诱导因子2α在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨缺氧诱导因子2α（HIF-2α）在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法：通过原位杂交（ISH）技术检测102例宫颈鳞癌组织、66例CIN组织和40例正常宫颈组织中HIF-2αmRNA的表达情况及其与宫颈鳞癌临床病理参数的关系。结果：HIF-2α mRNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于正常宫颈组织和CIN组织（P〈0．05），并且HIF-2αmRNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达与淋巴结转移（x2=6．766，P=0．009）和临床分期（x2=11．639，P=0．001）相关，而与年龄、病理组织学分化程度、浸润深度无关（P〉0．05）。结论：HIF-2α mRNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达上调，可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生和演进有关。

Expression and Significance of HIF-2 α in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective： To explore the expression of HIF-2 α mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its significance.Method： The expression of HIF-2 α mRNA in 102 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 66 eases of CIN and 40 cases of normal cervical tissue was detected by in situ hybridization （ ISH ） . The significance of the expression of HIF-2 α mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the relationships between the positive expression of HIF- 2 α mRNA and clinicopathological parameters of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed. Result： The positive expression rate of HIF-2 α mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue and CIN （P〈0.05） . And HIF-2 α mRNA positive expression in cervical squamous carcinoma tissues＇and lymph node metastasis （ X2=6.766, P=0.009 ） and clinical staging （ x2=11.639, P=0.001 ） . However, the expression of HIF- 2 α mRNA was not related to age, histological grade, and depth of invasion （P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： The upregnlated expression of HIF-2 α mRNA may be related with the occurrence and progression of the cervical squamous cells.
