| 摘 要： | 控制是建设监理实现合同目标的重要保证和必要手段。根据三峡工程建设监理的实践和经验，从一个侧面论述项目建设中坚持控制程序化、标准化和科学化是做好监理控制工作的充分条件和必要条件，其中坚持控制程序化是做好监理控制工作的前提；坚持控制标准化是做好监理控制工作的基础；坚持控制科学化是做好监理控制的核心。

| Abstract: | Control is an important guarantee and necessary means to realize contract objects of construction supervision. In the light of the practice and experience in TGP construction supervision, it is demonstrated that insisting on procedural, standardized and scientific control in works construction is a necessary condition for doing a good job in supervision control, And, procedural control is the prerequisite condition for doing a good job in supervision control, standardized control the base, and scientific control the core. |
