管夹上下卡级进模设计

摘    要:分析了管夹上、下卡的结构特点和成形工艺,设计了一副集冲裁、压字、弯曲、翻孔、压筋、压凸于一体的级进模,解决了单工序冲模生产导致的零件两端压弯高度不一致,翻孔壁厚不均匀问题。实际生产证明:模具结构紧凑,冲压过程平稳,生产的零件质量稳定,可为类似零件的级进模设计提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristic and forming process of a pipe clamp, a progressive die containing blanking, marking, bending, hole flanging, rib-pressing and belling process was designed. A series of problems such as inconsistency of part end's bending height and uneven of hole flanging wall-thickness occurred in single-process stamping die were solved.
