直接法合成三氢化铝的研究进展

摘    要:三氢化铝被用于新型氢能量电池、储氢材料、有机反应还原剂、加聚反应催化剂等的研究,但因其合成成本高、反应条件苛刻、产率低、产物不利于分离提纯等特点而限制了它的规模生产。铝、氢气作原料直接合成三氢化铝原料简单、催化易反应,是唯一可能实现工业化生产的方法。叙述了氢化铝直接合成的方法及各自的特点,展望了直接法合成氢化铝的研究趋势。

Abstract:Aluminum hydride has been used for new hydrogen energy battery material, hydrogen storage material, reducing agent of organic reactions, catalyst of polyaddition reaction etc. However, high cost of synthesis, harsh reaction conditions, difficulties in separation and purification from the reaction mixture are the limitation of its large scale production. Direct synthesis of aluminum hydride is reacted by aluminum and hydrogen. It may be the only possible method to achieve industrial production because of its simple reaction materials and catalyzed-activation. Methods and characteristics of direct synthesis of aluminum hydride are introduced, and the trend for future direct synthesis of aluminum hydride is previewed.
