基于ANSYS定柱式旋臂起重机金属结构的优化设计

摘    要:传统设计的定柱式旋臂起重机,存在着结构笨重和刚度不足的双向缺陷。利用AN-SYS软件对其结构进行优化,可以极大地缩短设计周期和设计成本。通过与常规设计对比表明,基于ANSYS的优化结果很好地协调了各结构部件的力学性能,实现了整体经济性与可靠性的良好匹配。

Abstract:The structure of the crane designed with traditional method is overdesigned in strength and not enough in stiffness. The optimal structural design based on ANSYS could reduced the productional cost. The contrast results of optimal design and traditional design show that the optimal design corresponded well in mechanical performance with each part of the structure for the colunm jib crane , realizing the best matching between completed economy and reliability.
