| 摘 要： | 采用数据统计法、文献资料法、调查法等多种研究方法，对成都市经营性健身俱乐部指导员现状进行调查分析，在了解指导员现状的基础上，提出了明确指导员地位与作用；完善机制；重视培养和造就健身指导员；建立人力资源管理制度和扩大健身俱乐部的社会影响等对策，为有关体育行政部门对经营性健身俱乐部更好地进行宏观调控提供一些参考。
