| 摘 要： | 采用SB-C18 HPLC色谱柱，以甲醇，水（90，10）为流动相，选择254nm为检测波长对氟吡磺隆进行分离和定量分析检测。结果表明本方法的标准偏差为0．0017，变异系数为0．36％，相关系数R^2为0．9999，回收率为98．85％-101．73％。

| Abstract: | Separation and quantitative analysis of flucetosulfuron analysis was conducted using an SB-C18 HPLC column, with methanol-water (90/10) as the mobile phase, and determination at 254 nm. The method provided a standard deviation of 0.0017, a coefficient of variation of 0.36%, a correlation coefficient of 0.9999, and recovery of 98.9 to 101.7%. |
