摘    要:延长气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡的东南部,储层为具有典型的低渗、低压、低产、低丰度特征的致密砂岩气田。单井控制储量小、非均质性强、连通性差,气井投产后初期递减快,中后期递减慢,在较低的井底流压下,气井表现出一定的稳产能力。本次研究主要通过对气井的井口装置、管柱优化、完井工艺和排液采气工艺的研究和现场应用分析,初步形成了一体化管柱射孔、压裂投产、储层保护等适应延长气田特点的开采工艺技术。通过对各生产阶段、不同压力及出水量的气井采气工艺的研究和合理选择,满足了开发初期气井的生产需求。

Abstract:Yanchang gas field is located in the southeast of Yishan slope of Ordos Basin,a typical low- permeability reservoirs,low pressure,low- yielding,low- abundance feature tight sandstone gas field. Single well controlled small reserves,and strong heterogeneity,poor connectivity,early after the gas well production decline quickly,the medium and later period decreasing slowly,under the lower bottom hole flowing pressure,gas well show some rate-maintenance capability. This research mainly by means of research and analysis of the gas wellhead,string optimization,well completion technology and drainage gas recovery technology and field application,initially formed a series of production technology which adapted to the characteristics of Yanchang gas field. integration,such as string perforating and fracturing operation,reservoir protection. Based on research and reasonable choice in each production stage,different pressure and water yield of gas well,meet the demand of the early development of gas well production.
