我国铁路铁矿石运输发展对策研究

随着运输结构调整的不断深入,“公转铁”运量持续增加,我国铁矿石运输发展对铁路货运增量具有重要意义。阐述我国铁矿石市场产需运现状,分析铁矿石铁路运输情况,针对当前铁路铁矿石运输存在的问题,提出我国铁路铁矿石运输发展对策措施,即:加强港口后方通道衔接,提高海铁联运比重;推进企业专用线建设,强化铁路“门到门”服务;积极推进“重去重回”运输,提高车辆运用效益;打造专业型物流节点,创新铁路冶炼物流体系;采取“库前移”策略,创新“干线运输+区域配送”模式;大力发展协议运输,提高信息化服务水平。

Research on Development Strategies of Railway Transportation of Iron Ore in China

As the deepening of transportation restructuring,the traffic volume of“Road to Railway Shift”continuously increases.Iron ore transportation plays a crucial role in elevating railway freight volume.This paper illustrates the current status of the production,demand and transportation for iron ore market.To solve the existing problems of transporting iron ore,countermeasures of transportation development for iron ore are put forward,including facilitating the connection between port and corridor,elevating the proportion of sea-rail combined transportation,promoting the construction of industrial siding,strengthening railway door-to-door service,advancing loaded round trip,increasing vehicle utilization efficiency,creating professional logistic node,innovating railway smelting logistic system,adopting the strategy of warehouse forward shifting,innovating the mode of trunk line transportation plus regional distribution,promoting agreement transportation,and elevating information service.
