平衡针灸联合针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察平衡针灸联合针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将神经根型颈椎病122例随机分为平衡针灸联合针刀治疗68例为治疗组，牵引与推拿治疗54例为对照组，记录两组治疗2个疗程后的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98．5％（67／68例）高于对照组总有效率87．0％（47／54例），差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论平衡针灸联合针刀是治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效方法。

Effects of balance acupuncture combined with acupotomy on patients with cervical spondyloUc radiculopathy

Objective To observe the effects of balance acupuncture in combination with acu- potomy on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group （68 cases） with the therapy of balance acupuncture combined with acupotomy and control group （54 cases） with traction and massage. The effects were recorded after two courses of the treatment. Re- suits The total effective rate was 98.5% （67/68 cases） in the treatment group, which was higher than that in control group 87.0%（47/54 cases） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Balance acupuncture com- bined with aeupotomy is an effective method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
