| 摘 要： | 《内经》睡眠理论,从顺应自然界阴阳消长变化等人与自然相应论及睡眠的生理、病理以及睡眠异常的临床表现与治疗、方药等.这些理论对于当今睡眠养生及预防和治疗睡眠障碍,具有重要指导意义.本文分类系统地整理了《内经》中的睡眠理论,并列举了临床典型失眠治愈病例以说明《内经》理论的现实指导意义.

| Abstract: | The theory of sleep in Huangdi Neijing is very rich which contains the following:physiology,pathology of sleep,clinical fea ture,treatment and medicine of abnormal sleep.The theories have great significance in guiding sleep preserve health,prevention and treat ment of abnormal sleep.The Paper summarizes the theory of sleep in Huangdi Neijing and lists typical cases of insomnia been cured so as to showing the realite significance of sleep theory in Huangdi Neijing. |
