改良间歇式鼻胃管营养支持在预防老年肿瘤患者吸入性肺炎的效果分析

目的：探讨改良间歇式鼻胃管营养支持在预防老年肿瘤患者吸入性肺炎的效果。方法：将92例老年肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各46例，对照组采用传统间歇式鼻胃管营养支持，观察组采用改良间歇式鼻胃管营养支持，观察比较两组患者鼻饲10 d，30 d和60 d后的反流、呛咳、误吸以及吸入性肺炎的发生情况。结果：鼻饲10 d、30 d和60 d后,观察组患者的反流、呛咳和误吸发生次数低于对照组，P<0.05；鼻饲10 d和30 d后，两组吸入性肺炎发生率差异不具有统计学意义，鼻饲60 d后观察组吸入性肺炎发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：改良间歇式鼻胃管营养支持能够有效的减少患者鼻饲过程中反流、呛咳和误吸发生次数，降低吸入性肺炎的发生率，值得临床推广应用。

The effectiveness analysis of improved intermittent nasogastric tube nutrition in preventing aspiration pneumonia of elder cancer patients

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of improved intermittent nasogastric tube nutrition in preventing aspiration pneumonia of elder cancer patients. Methods: 92 cases of elderly cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 46 cases. The control group were used traditional intermittent nasogastric nutritional support, observation group were used the improved intermittent nasogastric tube. The incidence rate of reflux, choking, aspiration and aspiration pneumonia were compared 10d, 30d and 60d after feeding. Results: The incidence rate of reflux, choking, aspiration in observation group were lower than that of control group 10d, 30d and 60d after feeding (P<0.05). The incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia had no significant difference between two groups 10d, 30d after feeding (P>0.05), but it was lower in observation group at 60d (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nutrition by improved intermittent nasogastric tube can reduce the occurrences of reflux, choking and aspiration, and can reduce aspiration pneumonia incidence, so it is worth to be promoted in clinical.
