磁选机筒体转速对攀矿磁选影响的研究

摘    要:弱磁选改进对强磁性矿物颗粒回收和提高品位很重要。弱磁筒式磁选机处理攀钢选矿厂分级机溢流试验中筒体转速影响的试验表明,磁场力足够大条件下适当提高筒式磁选机筒体转速不恶化分选,可以强化磁团聚体夹带的脉石矿物颗粒抛除,有利于保证精矿品位即产品质量。关于攀钢选矿厂弱磁筒式磁选机筒体转速优化的意义应该进一步研究。

Abstract:To improve low-intensity magnetic separation is of great importance for recovering and upgrading strongly magnetic minerals. Experiment on Panzhihua iron ore with wet low-intensity magnetic drum separator shows that, in the case of enough magnetic force, high drum velocity does not deteriorate the separation, but intensifies the discharge of the gangue mineral particles trapped by magnetic flocculation, favorable to upgrading the concentrate, so as to improve the product quality. As a conclusion, the paper suggests a further study on effect of optimizing the drum velocity of magnetic separator in treating Panzhihua iron ore should be carried out.
