| 摘 要： | 阐述了农村信息化综合信息服务的现状,并列举了东部地区的河北和西部地区的贵州在信息方面所取得的一些成绩,就我国农村信息化综合信息服务中存在的主要问题进行了论述,分析其根本原因是机制方面的问题,并从坚持政府主导、市场运作、队伍建设等6个方面提出了具体的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Current status of rural informationization comprehensive service mechanism was elaborated. Achievements of Hebei and Guizhou Province in information were listed. Major problems in comprehensive service mechanism problems of rural informationization in China were analyzed. And it was concluded that the ultimate reason was mechanism. Countermeasures were put forward form six aspects such as government leading, market operating and team building. |
