纤维沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能

摘    要:从不同纤维的微观特性和纤维沥青胶浆的沉锤试验出发,通过3种级配的纤维沥青混合料低温弯曲蠕变试验,分析了纤维和级配对沥青混合料低温抗裂性能的影响,并从复合材料角度对纤维的加强和改善作用机理进行了剖析。结果表明,纤维的加入可明显提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,其中聚酯纤维的作用效果最为显著。

Abstract:Based on the micro-characteristics of fibers and te penetration test of fibrous asphalt gel, as well as the low-temperature bending-creeping test of fiber-reinforced asphalt mixtures with 3 kinds of proportions, the effects of fiber addition and proportion on the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of the mixture were analyzed. The mechanism of performance improvement resulting from fiber addition was then investigated by means of the compound-material theory. The results reveal that the addition of fibers can evidently improve the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of the fiber-reinforced asphalt mixture, and that polyester fiber has the most remarkable effect on the performance improvement.
