改良传统术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝35例报告

目的 观察改良传统术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝的疗效.方法 35例老年腹股沟斜疝患者采用改良传统术治疗.结果 全部手术均获得成功,手术时间平均52 min,平均住院时间7.5 d,术后随访5 个月~3 年,无1 例复发.结论 改良传统术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝是一种有效而可靠的术式,具有手术操作安全,并发症少,复发率低等优点.

Modified traditional operation on the old people indirect inguinal hernia(report of 35 cases)

Objective To investigate the improvement of the treatment of the old people indirect inguinal hernias.Methods 35 old pateints received the operation the repairs of modified traditional operation indirect inguinal hernia.Results All cases were operated successfully.The mean operation time was 52 min.The average hospital stay was 7.5 day.The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 36 months,and no recurrence was observed.Conclusion Modified traditional operation is an effective and credible operative method for treating the old people indirect inguinal hernia,and it has many advantages,such as safety,fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.
