| 摘 要： | 目的寻找早期发现银屑病患者肾脏受累的方法。方法比较尿常规和尿Alb、尿β2-MG、尿IgG测定在检测银屑病患者肾脏损伤中的灵敏度。结果尿Alb、尿β2-MG、尿IgG测定对测定银屑病患者肾脏损伤更加灵敏。结论在评价银屑病患者肾脏是否受累过程中建议使用检测尿Alb、尿IgG、尿β2-MG。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of finding the primary psoriasis relative nephropathy. Methods To compare the sensitivity of urinslysis and radioimmunoassay in detecting urine protein. Results Radioimmunoassay was more sensitive than the urinslysis on detecting the urinary β2-MG, the urinary Ig and the urinary Alb of patients for the psoriasis relative nephropathy. Conclusion We suggest detecting the urinary β2-MG, the urinary Ig and the urinary Alb of patients by the radioimmunoassay to appraise the renal lesion. |
