基于移动通信网的集群通信设计与实现

随着通信技术的发展和人们对数字集群通信系统认识的不断加深,以及数字集群通信系统作为高效应急指挥调度系统所发挥的重要作用,数字集群通信系统得到了较快的发展。提出一种基于移动通信网络的集群通信系统设计和实现方法,该系统采用低速率语音编码技术、VoIP技术,具有覆盖范围广、建立通话快捷、能实现多群组内部通话、跨群组通话和一对一私密通话等功能,其终端话音质量和语音连续度已达到了商业应用水平。该系统已在车辆调度、物流车队管理、外勤调度等行业推广使用。
