| 摘 要： | 介绍了二步法制备钛酸铝陶瓷升液管的工艺。讨论了添加剂和工艺因素对钛酸铝陶瓷升液管性能的影响。研究结果表明，添加适量的添加荆和采用合理的制备工艺参数，可以制备出性能优良的钛酸铝陶瓷升液管，满足铝合金低压铸造机的使用要求。

| Abstract: | Aluminum titanate ceramic risers for low pressure aluminum casting were prepared by two-step process.The influences of additives and process parameters on the performances of the products were discussed.The results show that aluminum titanate risers with the satified performances for low pressure casting of aluminum alloy can be obtained terough optimum processing technology and proper amounts of additives. |
