基于有限元的飞机机翼刚度分析

摘    要:以机翼翼盒有限元模型为基础,把有限元模型与结构几何尺寸数据相关联,提出了一种飞机机翼翼盒刚度分析的新方法。以有限元软件MSC.Patran为平台,利用其二次开发语言PCL开发了飞机机翼翼盒刚度分析程序。几个典型翼盒剖面刚度分析算例的结果表明,程序计算结果准确、界面直观,能显著提高工作效率。有限元模型和几何尺寸数据相关联的方式也为后期机翼翼盒刚度分析设计、甚至优化提供了支持。

Abstract:A new method for wing stiffness analysis is presented by associating FEM model with geometrical dimension. A stiffness analysis program based on commercial software MSC.PATRAN is developed using PCL (Patran Command Language). To evaluate the program developed herein, three typical cases are conducted. The results showed that the program with the user-friendly graphical interfere has excellent accuracy and makes the work more efficient. The program also exhibits potential benefits to optimize design of wing stiffness.
