| 摘 要： | 石横特钢厂中型材车间加热炉采用GR～GB～L型油气混烧烧嘴，烧煤焦油和发生炉热脏煤气，使用过程中由于煤焦油凝结，经常堵塞烧嘴。为此，对烧嘴堵塞的原因进行分析，并改进烧嘴结构，增加焦油收集槽和在线清理孔，实现了焦油的定期回收和烧嘴的在线清理，满足了生产需要。

| Abstract: | The GR-GB-L type burner with oil and gas multi-fuel combustion is used in heating furnace at Shiheng special steel plant's medium section workshop.During the using procedure,the coal tar and hot dirty gas from producer are burned in the heating furnace,and the burner is always blinding because of the coagulation of coal tar.Then the reason of burner blinding is analyzed and the structure of burner is developed,and a receiving tank and a cleaning hole on site are added,at last,the tar's callback on time and burner's cleaning on site are realized and meet the need of the producing. |
