某钛磁铁矿矿物学特征及分选性能研究

摘    要:通过镜下鉴定、扫描电镜分析、化学多元素分析和化学物相分析等多种手段对某钛磁铁矿进行了工艺矿物学研究, 并对影响选矿指标的主要因素进行了分析, 结果表明, 该矿石中的铁赋存状态较复杂, 钛磁铁矿为其主要存在形式, 常零星散布在脉石中, 部分与钛铁矿毗连镶嵌, 且普遍沿表面、边缘及裂隙发生假象赤铁矿化、绿泥石化及榍石化, 粒度较为细小, 由于氧化作用的影响, 部分与绿泥石、榍石等脉石矿物的镶嵌关系过于复杂, 将直接影响到铁精矿的产品质量。

Abstract:Mineralogical characteristics of an ilmenomagnetite ore were studied by identification under lens, observation with scanning electron microscope, chemical compositions and chemical phase analysis, and main factors influencing beneficiation performance were also discussed. It is found that the occurrence state of iron minerals in the ore is complicated. The predominant iron minerals in the ore is ilmenomagnetite, which is scattered in gangues, with partly adjoining and intergrowing with ilmenite. Most ilmenomagnetite particles are of small grain size, while martitization, chloritization and titanitization are commonly occurred along the surface, edge and fracture, and some particles disseminate complicatedly with chlorite and titanite because of oxidization, which would directly influence the quality of iron concentrate.
