工业以太网络控制系统的建模及其控制器设计

摘    要:为了解决多种现场总线难以集成的难题,提出基于工业以太网的网络控制系统.研究同时具有网络诱导时延和数据包丢失的工业以太网络控制系统的建模问题.假设数据包丢失率一定,网络延时不大于一个采样周期,将工业以太网络控制系统建模为具有事件率约束的异步动态系统.针对对象状态不完全可测情况,研究采用动态输出作为反馈的网络控制系统指数稳定问题,给出确保系统稳定的动态输出反馈控制器的设计方法,并通过仿真算例证明该方法的有效性.

Abstract:In order to deal with the challenge of difficulty in integration of various fieldbus,an industrial ethernet-based network control system was presented.The modeling of industrial ethernet control system with simultaneous existence of both network-induced time delay and data packet dropout was investigated.Based on the assumption of fixed rate of the data packet dropout and the time-delay less than one sampling period,the industrial ethernet control systems was modeled as an asynchronous dynamic system with event rate constraints.Aimed at the case of incomplete observability of object conditions,a problem was investigated,where the dynamic output was taken as the feedback to make the system exponentially stable,so that a design method for this kind of controller was given.Simulation example showed that the method presented was valid.
