炭黑表面羟甲基化及马来酸酐接枝研究

摘    要:为了改善导电炭黑与聚合物间的互生,利用炭黑表面氢原了是被取代的特点,用甲醛在炭黑表面引入羟甲基,再与马来酸酐进行酯化接枝。在反应时间为4小时、马来酸酐浓度为0.4mol/L、催化剂浓度为0.5mol/L时,接枝率最高。对马来酸酐接枝炭黑进行了结构表征和应用,结果表明:接板炭黑使PVC分散性更好,并可显著提高抗冲击强度和拉伸强度。

Abstract:s:Methylol was led into the surface of carbon black and then graft esterificated with maleic anhydride using the feature that the hydrogen atoms onto the layer surface of carbon black were easily substituted.The graft efficiency was the highest when the reaction time was 4 h,the concentration of maleic anhydride was 0.4 mol/L and the concentration of catalyst was 0.5 mol/L.The results showed that the grafted carbon black had better dispersion in PVC,the impact strength and tensile strength increased obviously.
