Profibus总线在人机协同柔性制造系统中的应用

介绍了应用PROFIBUS—DP技术在柔性制造系统中解决了车间层控制中心与生产现场的通讯问题。在车间层控制中心建立PROFIBUS—DP主站，在生产现场建立PROFIBUS-DP从站。从站应用了总线桥产品，它具有PROFIBUS接口和RS-232C串行通讯口。辅助控制器可与PROFIBUS-DP从站连接起来进行RS-232C串行通讯。生产现场的操作人员应用辅助控制器通过PROFIBUS—DP把生产现场的设备状态、生产进度、NC程序等传输到车间层控制中心；控制中心也把调度命令、生产任务、NC程序等传输到生产现场，从而建立起车间层控制中心与生产现场的信息沟通桥梁。

The Application of Profib-s in Man-Machine Cooperation FMS

This paper briefly introduces the application of Profibus DP technology in flexible manufacturing system for settling communication problem between the control centres in the workshop layer and manufacture field. The Profibus-DP master is established in the control centre, while the Profibus-DP slave with the Profibus bridge is established in manufacture field. The Profibus bridge has Profibus and RS-232C interface. At the same time,the aid controller can communicate with the Profihus-DP slave and carry out the RS-232C communication. So the operators can send the messages such as the equipment status,the production schedule and the NC program etc to the control centre in workshop layer by Profibus-DP in aid controller. Meanwhile the control centre can send messages such as the scheduling order,the production tasks and the NC program etc to the manufacture field. Finally the communication bridge is set up between the control centre in the workshop layer and the manufacture field.
