“双导师制”软件工程专业实践教学模式研究

摘    要:为适应科技进步和社会经济发展,特别是适应IT业对软件高素质人才的需求,江西农业大学软件学院在多年的校企合作"3+1"办学人才培养实践经验中,建立了以"双导师制"为模式的软件工程专业实践教学体系。通过校内导师指导的课程实验、暑期项目实训和兴趣小组等实践教学活动,实现了与企业导师指导的上岗实践教学的"无缝对接",提高了学生的软件项目开发实践能力,为培养实用型软件人才打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:To meet the scientific and technological progress and socio-economic development, especially in IT industry to adapt to the needs of high-quality personnel for software. Jiangxi Agricultural University, School of Software, years of school-enterprise cooperation, "3+1" School personnel training practical experience, established a " double tutorial system " as the model of professional practice of software engineering education system. School instructor through Course experiments, Summer Training and interest groups, achieved with the corporate induction tutors to guide the practice of teaching "unanimous convergence", and improved the students practical software development capabilities. In order to develop practical software talents lay a solid foundation.
