微波炉法快速测定红粘土含水量的试验研究

摘    要:对含水量的测定方法进行了分析比较,指出微波法具有广泛的应用前景,探讨了微波加热法的基本原理及试验过程,比较了微波加热法与标准烘干法试验数据,对微波炉法快速测定红粘土含水量的试验结果进行了回归分析,结果表明微波炉法测定红粘土含水量具有精度高、效率高的优点。

Abstract:The methods of measure moisture content were analyzed and compared,and pointed out microwave oven method had a wide application prospect,the basic principle and experiment process of microwave heating method were discussed,the datas of microwave heating method and standard bake method were compared,regression analysis was done for the experimental results of microwave oven method for moisture content rapid measuring in red clay,the results show that it has the advantages of high sensitivity and high efficiency.
