Abstract:There is a slow polarisation mechanism in zinc oxide ceramics,it is the contribution ofspace charges bound in intergranular layer.In ultra-low freqency range of 10~(-3)Hz,its equiva-lent dielectric constant is larger than in low frequency of 10Hz by one order of magnitude.The-oretical and experimental study shows that the slow polarization mechanism behaves differentlyfrom a condenser and may be used for energy store.This energy stored material is suitable forslowly energy input and high resistance load.After short circuit output instantly,it can stillconserves a part of energy to reproduce the output voltage.
