| 摘 要： | 目的:分析微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗四肢骨折患者的临床疗效.方法:将我院收治的111例四肢骨折患者分为2组 ,研究组56例给予微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗 ,对照组55例给予常规钢板固定治疗.结果:研究组手术时间(72.82 ± 4.63)min]、术中出血量(88.36 ± 5.52)mL、住院时间(8.94 ± 1.18)d]少于对照组(111.24 ± 4.38)min、(140.15 ± 2.36)mL、(16.37 ± 1.37)d] ,其优良率(94.64% )高于对照组(67.27% ) ,术后并发症发生率(5.36% )低于对照组(29.09% ) ,2组差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05 ).结论:微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗四肢骨折 ,手术情况较佳 ,疗效高 ,并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective :To analyze minimally invasive percutaneous nail plate treatment of fracture in patients with clinical efficacy .Methods :111 ca-ses of limb fractures were treated in our hospital were divided into two groups ,study group of 56 patients received minimally invasive percutaneous nail plate treatment ,control group 55 cases treated with conventional plate fixation .Results :The operation time (72 .82 ± 4 .63) min] ,blood loss (88.36 ± 5 .52) mL ,hospitalization time (8 .94 ± 1 .18) d] than the control group (111 .24 ± 4 .38) min ,(140 .15 ± 2 .36) mL ,(16 .37 ± 1 .37) d] , its good rate (94 .64% ) higher (67 .27% ) ,postoperative complication rate (5 .36% ) than the control group (29 .09% ) ,2 group difference was statis-tically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nail plate treatment of fracture ,surgery situation better ,high efficacy ,fe-wer complications . |
