高速切削加工的三维数值模拟

摘    要:运用有限元方法,借助计算机软件建立高速切削的三维有限元模型。模拟高速切削过程,对切削机理进行了研究分析,更真实的模拟了切削状态的变化过程,得到了切削力、切削温度的变化规律。仿真分析的结果对高速切削的切削参数和刀具的优化选择有重要的参考意义。

Abstract:Based on the finite element method and software,a 3-D finite element model(FEM) of high-speed cutting is built,which is simulated subsequently.Then,studying the mechanism of the high-speed cutting.The law of cutting force and temperature were obtained.The 3-D numerical simulation shows the cutting process more objectively.In the end,the result of the simulation are very important for the preferences of cutting and the choice of cutter in the fact cutting.
