一种制造执行系统的开发及其应用

基于三层结构体系，构建和开发了一种面向过程行业的制造执行系统。介绍了组成系统的核心部分及其功能，即实时数据平台、监控组态软件、OPC服务器、设备管理与过程管理、过程优化与先进控制、多媒体视频监控与无线手机短信报警系统等，系统具有简洁、实用、成本低等特点。针对某煤化工厂的实际控制系统情况，设计和实施应用了MES。经过一段时间的运行表明，多项关键工艺技术指标取得了满意效果，系统显著提高了企业的管理水平。优化了生产过程，降低了生产成本。

Development and Application of an Manufacturing Execution System

Based on principle of the three layer framework,a class of MES for the process industry is constructed and developed.Main functions of the core parts such as real time database,software for monitor and control configuration,OPC server,facility and process management,process optimizing and advanced control,multimedia video and mobile telephone note alarm are introduced.The system is simple and possesses the characteristic of utility and low cost. According to real control systems,an MES is designed and put into practice.The practice application shows that the management the level is improved,manufacture process is optimized,and manufacture cost is lowed.
