| 摘 要： | 给出了一种用于连铸生产的非正弦振动波形，并对其波形参数和振动工艺参数进行了讨论。结果表明：这种非正弦振动波形具有较好的拉坯速度适应范围，能够满足连铸生产的要求。另外，还对其波形参数的选择方法进行了探讨，导出了该非正弦振动的同步控制模型。

| Abstract: | A waveform of non sinusoidal oscillation for continuous casting is given. The relations between the waveform parameters and oscillation process parameters are discussed. The results show that the waveform is suitable for a broad casting speed range and can meet the need of continuous casting production. The method how to select the waveform parameters is discussed. The synchro control model of this non sinusoidal oscillation is derived. |
