| 摘 要： | 研究化学镀Ni-P-B合金的工艺,对镀液的稳定性以及镀层的结构和耐蚀性进行了分析和研究。实验表明:采用含有稳定剂CdSO_4的镀液施镀,可得到结合力强和非晶态结构的Ni-P-B合金镀层,并具有优良的耐蚀性。

| Abstract: | The process for electroless plating of Ni-P-B alloy has been Investigated. The bath stability, structure and corrosion resistance of plating have been analysed. The results show that Ni-P-B plating of amorphous structure can be obtained which possessts strongly adhesive power to substrate and excellent corrosion resistance. |
