CFRP-薄壁圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱试验研究

摘    要:进行了以CFRP为套箍指标主导的大钢管径厚比CFRP-薄壁圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的轴压试验,观察了其破坏形态与变形特征,测得了CFRP和钢管的荷载-应变关系曲线。分析了CFRP-薄壁圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的荷载-变形曲线,探讨了套箍指标对试件受力性能和延性的影响,阐述了区别于普通CFRP-圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的破坏过程。结果表明:CFRP-薄壁圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的破坏形态为CFRP断裂引发钢管径向鼓曲破坏;在塑性上升阶段,CFRP能延缓钢管的屈服速率,同时CFRP被赋予一定的塑性,构件在这一阶段具备一定的加劲特征,而钢管混凝土试件呈现软化特征;CFRP套箍指标对构件的极限承载力和延性影响较大,钢管套箍指标的影响相对较弱。

Experimental investigation of the CFRP-thin-wall round steel tube concrete axial compression short column

Abstract:We conduct a test of the CFRP-thin-wall round steel tube concrete axial compression short column,with the confinement index of CFRP as a leading and high steel pipe's radius-thickness ratio,observed it's failure pattern and characteristics of the deformation,and have had the load-strain curve of the CFRP and steel pipe. We analyzed the load-deformation curve of the CFRP-thinwall round steel tube concrete axial compression short column,discussed the influence of confinement index for specimen's mechanical property and ductility,elaborated the failure process which differ from the common CFRP-steel tube concrete axial compression short column. The result shows that: the failure pattern of CFRP-thin-wall round steel tube concrete axial compression short column is steel yield on the radial side caused by the fracturing of CFRP. On the stage of load rising in plastic,CFRP can delay the yield rate of steel pipe,and the CFRP can get a certain mount of plastic,the specimen on this stage possess a certain stiffening characteristics,and concrete filled steel tubular specimens present a yield characteristics. The confinement index of CFRP have a great influence on the specimen's mechanical property and ductility,the influence of the confinement index of the steel pipe is relatively weak.
