基于RFID的医疗设备租赁与质量控制管理系统

目的:设计、开发一款设备租赁与质量控制管理系统,提高医疗设备租赁中心租赁业务的管理效率及设备诊疗质量的可靠性。方法:基于C#平台开发设备管理系统,借助射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)技术自动识别设备,然后根据查询到的设备状态提示管理人员进行租赁、质控、维修保养等操作,并提供操作的结果、报表、文档等资料的数字化存储及查询操作。结果:该系统能够实现医疗设备租赁中心租赁业务的数字化管理,并根据质控检测结果更新数据库中的设备质控信息,实现了处理结果与报表的实时存储与查询。结论:该系统提高了医疗设备租赁中心的管理效率和设备诊疗质量的可靠性,降低了设备的故障率,提高了设备的使用率,对进一步优化医院的医疗设备资源配置及医疗设备的全寿命管理流程具有重要意义。

RFID-based management system for medical equipment leasing and quality control

Objective To design and develop a RFID-based management system for medical equipment leasing and quality control in order to enhance the management efficiency and the equipment reliability. Methods The system was developed with C# platform, and RFID-based auto identification device was used to make clear the status of the equipment,and then the staff could carry out leasing, quality control, maintenance and etc of the equipment accordingly. Digital storage and inquiry of the results, reports and documents were implemented with the system. Results The system could realize digital management of the medical equipment leasing center, update related information in the database according to equipment quality control, and execute real-time storage and inquiry of the results and reports. Conclusion The system increases the management efficiency of the medical equipment leasing center, the equipment reliability and utilization rate, while decreases the failure rate of the equipment, and is of great significance for future medical equipment allocation and whole-course management.
