自信心团体治疗对焦虑症患者自尊水平的影响

目的探讨自信心团体治疗对改善焦虑症患者焦虑症状与自尊水平的效果。方法将70例焦虑症患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组进行为期1个月的自信心团体治疗（每周2次，每次3小时，持续5周，共10次），对照组不进行任何干预措施。干预前后两组分别进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）和自尊量表（SES）评定，了解患者焦虑症状和自尊水平改善情况。结果入组时实验组和对照组在焦虑自评量表（SAS）和自尊量表（SES）得分比较无显著性差异（t=1．71，0．89；P〉0．05），干预前后SAS得分差值有显著性差异（t=4．38，P〈0．01），干预前后SES得分差值有显著性差异（t=3．99，P〈0．01）。结论自信心团体治疗可以有效提高焦虑症患者的自尊水平，改善患者焦虑症状。

The Effect of Serf-confidence Group Therapy on the Serf-esteem of Patients with Anxiety Disorders

Objective To explore the effect of self-confidence group therapy on improving anxiety and self-esteem level of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 70 patients with anxiety were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group for a month of self-confidence training（ twice a week for five weeks with 10 times） ,the control group without any in- tervention measures. Before and after intervention, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）and Self-esteem Scale （SES）were adopted to evaluate the intervention effects. Results Before intervention, there were no difference in two groups on SAS （ t = 1.71, P 〉 0.05 ） and SES （ t = 0. 89, P 〉 0.05 ） ; There were significant difference in SAS （ t = 4. 38, P 〈 0.01 ） and SES （ t = 3.99, P 〈 0.01 ） between before and after in- tervention in experimental group. Conclusion Self-confidence group therapy can improve the level of self-esteem and the symptoms of anxiety patients with anxiety disorder.
