高速钢变质处理和电磁搅拌的研究现状及展望

摘    要:变质处理和电磁搅拌是改善钢铁材料组织和性能的重要手段,综述了在高速钢领域变质处理和电磁搅拌的研究现状和进展,表明采用这一工艺技术,将为生产较廉价的高性能铸造高碳高速钢轧辊提供途径,为此还提出今后研究的方向。

Abstract:The technology of modification and electromagnetic stirring was the main measure to improve the structure and property of iron and steel materials.The present situation and the prospects of these techniques used in the area of high speed steel were introduced.This is an economic method to produce cast high speed steel of high C with excellent property by applying these techniques.The study direction in future was pointed out.
