| 摘 要： | 提出了一种适合我国现阶段发电市场的节能减排调度新模式.该模式通过容量合同交易实现机组的高低能耗置换的同时,也给低效率机组提供了回收成本的可能性;以变动成本报价表征能耗大小,通过能耗与排放的综合排序确定机组的上网电量.在理论模型的基础上提出了一套基于J2EE三层架构的节能发电市场交易调度系统.所提出的理论模式和系统设计方案适合我国目前发电侧电力市场的需要,对我国建立节能减排电力市场具有重要的理论意义和实际参考价值. |

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new model of energy-saving dispatching of generation that fits power generation market in China at this stage.Through capacity contract trade,this model not only achieve exchange for energy consumption,but also provide the possibility of cost recovery for low efficiency unit.Pricing of variant-cost reflects the energy consumption and the power generation amount is decided by the comprehensive compositor of energy consumption and emission.Based on the theoretical model,the paper further... |
