TD方案与DF方案治疗晚期食道癌的疗效对比分析

目的比较紫杉醇联合顺铂（TD）与顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶（DF）治疗晚期食道癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的36例晚期食道癌患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予DF方案治疗，观察组患者给予TD方案治疗，化疗后随访1—2年。比较两组患者治疗总缓解率、不良反应发生率和1、2年生存率的差异。结果观察组治疗总缓解率为50．0％，显著高于对照组的22．2％（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者1、2年生存率均显著高于对照组（p〈0．05）。结论TD方案治疗晚期食道癌患者明显优于DF方案，临床疗效确切，远期生存率高，不良反应发生少。

Comparative analysis on clinical efficacy of TD program and DF program for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin （TD program） and cisplatin combined with fluorouracil （DF program） for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 36 cases of advanced esophageal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group were received DF program.Observation group were received TD program.All patients were followed up for 1-2 years.The overall response rate,adverse reactions rate and 1,2-year sttrvival rate of two groups were compared. Results The overall response rate of observation group was 50.0%,which was significantly higher than 22.2% of control group（P -~ 0.05）.Adverse reactions rate of two groups had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. 1,2-year survival rate of observation group were significantly higher than control group（P 〈： 0.05）. Conclusion TD program in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is significantly superior to DF program with effective clinical efficacy,high long-terra sur,Ji＇cal rate and fern adverse reactions.
